Choosing Your Fence Posts
Assortment of posts for electric fence installations.
Line Post selection is a matter of personal choice. I offer the fiberglass posts because they are EASY, attractive and horse-safe due to their flexibility. They can be easily driven to the desired depth (at least 1 foot’) and the insulators install easily. The Step-In Posts come complete with 4 clips for the braid, and are most commonly used in temporary applications.
If you have existing T-posts and wish to use them, no problem – there are suitable insulators available. Same goes for conventional wood posts, round or square.
Please select the diameter and desired length from the assortment below. Though 11/16″ may seem very small, they are perfectly adequate for unstressed line posts.
Fence Posts
